You texted me a few photos today. Just prior to that I was Google Map exploring the mountains north of the City of Kodiak and just west of Monashka Bay Road, close to where it deadends. I found some photos in Google Maps when I went to street view. It was similar to your photo.

Would a ridgeline hike like the red line be possible? It looks like a really long hike but it certainly would be a goal of mine if I lived there.
Just curious and not really ever expecting to ever stand on that peak in the foreground.
