A November 2016 Danskin Mountains Hike

(Republished on 2 Feb. 2020 / Author: Tim Bondy) A weather forecast for above normal temperatures and clear skies prompted me to drop everything and head into the Danskin Mountains in Elmore County, Idaho, for a hike. Nov. 8, 2016, was a spectacular day for a hike.

I hiked the ridge in the distance plus another ridgeline on the backside on Nov. 8, 2016 in near 70F temperatures.
