Ever wonder who the biggest employers are in Mountain Home? The Idaho Department of Commerce and Labor provides some information about this subject. The most current numbers I could find were from 2004 and they certainly paint a clear pictures of who provides the jobs to the people in and around Elmore County.

You’ll notice I didn’t include the United States Air Force in the bar graph as it would have skewed the data. Plus, K-mart was part of these statistics in showing healthy employment number that we lost after 2004.
