Picture of the Week – Second Week of October 2008
The second week of October 2008 in southern Idaho brought a strong cold front and much cooler weather. Just 1 week ago I was chest deep in the waters of the South Fork of the Boise River so I’d say this fine weather fisherman won’t be doing much fishing from inside a river of stream until next summer.
At about 8:00AM on Sunday October 12th, 2008 snow starting falling in my Mountain Home neighborhood. We got about ½ inch of snow between 8AM and 9:30AM. By 10:00AM, the sun came out and the snow was pretty much melted off.
