While on vacation is Kellogg, Idaho we had dinner at the Wah Hing Chinese Restaurant on June 3rd, 2010. We didn’t really think the billing it got in the local phone book stating “Authentic Chinese Cuisine” could live up to that claim. But it did!

I’m not a gourmet or even a lover of Chinese food but Wah Hing’s certainly served some excellent tasting food. My wife, a lover of Chinese food and who recently spent two weeks in China, has the expertise to rate true Chinese cuisine. She gave it 4 of 5 stars. The only things that she/we rated down was the chicken wings and one other chicken dish. The wings were a little too crunchy and the chicken dish had too much plum sauce.
If you are in the Kellogg area and want some excellent Chinese food, stop in at Wah Hing’s.
